The day is themed around the Science of Sport. They will explore questions such as 'What physical factors affect sport performance?' and 'What foods best support good performance in sport?'. Students will take part in lessons in Science, Food Technology and P.E.

Transport to and from school will be organised and provided – normal school drop off and pick-up will apply.

Equipment - No specialist equipment needed. Students can do all activities in normal school uniform.

Food - In the middle of the morning there will be a break for juice and biscuits. At lunch time students will be provided with a buffet style lunch in the school canteen. There will be vegan and vegetarian options. Students can also bring packed lunches if they would prefer.
