ARRANGEMENTS:  Morning: Children will need to be dropped off in the specified carpark (in your parent letter), between 9.00 and 9.15am.

Mrs Burleigh and Mrs White will be there to collect the group, and we will then walk them to the venue.

Your child will need:

• Full school uniform (a coat if rain is forecast)
• Packed Lunch plus extra snacks eg fruit or veg – (chocolate is very bad for singing voices)
• Large water bottle - there is a refill station at the venue but singing is thirsty work.

After the concert: We currently anticipate the concert will finish around 5.00pm. Please be aware we cannot guarantee the ending time.  Due to the quantity of children and families attending the concert, it is safest for Staff to take ALL of Ospreys BACK to the carpark for collection by parents. We aim to be there by 5.15pm.
