Ospreys Class will be visiting a Farm as part of their “Biomes and Ecosystems” topic. We are also planning to cover some aspects of the “Outdoor and Adventurous” section of the PE curriculum while there.

To ensure that we have an adequate amount of time for the activities and to keep the trip free of charge, we are asking for parents/carers to drop children directly to the Farm which is approximately a 10 minute drive from the school.    Arrival between 9.10 – 9.25am 

Please follow the directions on your parent letter.  We are not issuing the postcode as it does not bring you to the correct location.  The lane is narrow and we are operating a one-way route.  

Suitable clothing: Everyone should wear warm, practical, outdoor activity clothing consisting of a number of thin layers rather than one thick jumper. Due to the muddy areas at this time of year, wellies will be essential. A waterproof coat is also essential, waterproof trousers are advisable.

Packed Lunch:  Please send your child with a packed lunch, snacks and a water bottle which we can refill when needed.

Collection between 3.00- 3.15pm- Please follow the one-way route.
