Parents to transport to drop off/pick up point (as in parent letter):

Morning: Children will need to be dropped off between 9.00 and 9.15am.  Mrs Burleigh and Mrs Hall will be there to collect the group, and we will then walk them to the venue via the footpath. 

Your child will need:

• Full school uniform (a coat if rain is forecast)
• Packed Lunch plus extra snacks eg fruit or veg – (chocolate is very bad for singing voices)
• Large water bottle - there is a refill station at the venue 

After the concert:   Due to the quantity of children and families attending the concert, it is safest for Staff to take ALL children BACK to the drop off area for collection by parents. We aim to be there by 5.15pm.
