We have the whole park to ourselves and we are scheduled to enter the park at 9.30am so please could parents drop children off in the park car park between 9.15am and 9.30am to allow us to take registers before we enter. If the later drop off is a problem, I will ensure that a member of staff is there from 8.50am to allow for this, but the later drop off is preferred as there will be less hanging around.

Collection will also be from the park at 2.30pm. Again, if this is a problem, a member of staff will wait with any children but please make every effort to collect as soon as possible. 

• Children can wear own clothes on their bottom half but please wear the blue PE t-shirts and the blue school sweatshirts/cardi/hoodie so that children can be easily spotted.
• PE kits will be sent home Friday so that they can wear their PE top to the park.
• Packed lunch, snacks and drinks must be brought in a rucksack but please do not send any other school bits in the bags.
• A coat should also be brought, as showers are always likely!
• Sun cream should be applied in the morning and sunhats should be worn as we will be outside most of the day.
